A one-person operator cannot cover sick days. Ask what happens on the Monday your regular cleaner is unwell. A vague answer means there is no bench.

No, though people use the words interchangeably. Housekeeping is the daily upkeep of a space: bins, surfaces, restocking washrooms, usually by someone who is there every day. Commercial cleaning is contracted work that needs machines and training behind it, such as floor scrubbing, carpet extraction, glass and washroom sanitation, on a set cycle. Most Dubai offices need both, so our contracts pair a daily housekeeping visit with a deeper clean on a schedule.
