A word on the low end of that range. Cleaning an office is not complicated work, so a cheap quote is rarely cheap because the cleaning is worse. It is cheap because something has been left out: the supplies, the machines, a supervisor who checks the work, insurance, or cover for the morning your cleaner calls in sick. All of that sits inside our rate. Compare the monthly total, not the hourly headline.
One thing we will not do is quote before seeing the space. We have been asked to, and the number is always wrong in one direction or the other.
You will hear about anything outside the scope before you sign, not when the invoice lands.
Most offices buy the wrong frequency, usually too much of it. Here is roughly where each one fits.
Roughly 20 desks and up, client-facing receptions, shared floors
Someone on site every working day, usually before 8am or after 6pm. Where footfall is heavy, washrooms and the pantry get a second pass at midday.
Small offices, studios, professional practices
One thorough visit covering the full scope, plus a deeper pass on floors and glass once a month.
Hybrid or low-occupancy offices
A single deep visit. This works when the team is in two or three days a week and someone internally handles the day-to-day.
If you are not sure, start weekly. Moving up to daily after a month is easy. Explaining to your team why the cleaning budget is being cut is not.
A contract keeps an office presentable. A deep clean resets it. Carpet extraction, machine scrubbing on hard floors, internal glass, the outside of air vents, washroom descaling, and a proper sanitise of desks, chairs and shared equipment.
Dubai offices need this more often than offices in most climates, and the reason is the buildings rather than the dust. Floors here stay sealed and air conditioned year round, so fine dust settles into carpet and soft furnishing and never gets blown out by an open window. It shows up first in the meeting rooms nobody uses daily. Quarterly is the right cycle for most offices we look at.
Deep cleans run outside working hours and get quoted per site. The amount of soft flooring is usually what moves the price.
Search for office cleaning companies in Dubai and most of what comes back is a marketplace. You book, and a third party you have never spoken to decides who walks into your office. For a home that is a small risk. For an office with client files, a server room and out-of-hours access, it is a different conversation entirely.

If you run a single desk in a co-working space, you do not need a cleaning contract. The building already has one.
And if you need a full facilities package with MEP, security and waste management under one contract, you want an FM company, not us. We clean. We are good at it, and we would rather say that than sell you something we are not set up to deliver.

They overlap without being the same thing. Housekeeping is the daily upkeep: bins, surfaces, restocking washrooms. Commercial cleaning covers the scheduled heavier work that needs machines and training, such as floor scrubbing, carpet extraction, glass and washroom sanitation. Most Dubai offices need both, so our contracts combine a daily housekeeping visit with a deeper clean on a set cycle.
Usually, yes. Check your notice period first, because most Dubai cleaning contracts run 30 days. We will do the site visit and have the scope ready so there is no gap between the last visit from them and the first from us.
